Montenegro Adventures, travel agency based in Podgorica, is seeking for Sales and Marketing Assistant, who will be working in our incoming department, and will serve as primary contact for marketing and sales, participate in updating the website, prepare and negotiate the contracts with hotels, transportation companies and wholesalers.
Required Qualifications:
- Secondary school diploma (university degree in tourism, languages, economy or business administration preferable).
Required experience and skills:

Fluency in English (second foreign language - French, Russian, German, etc. preferable)

Computer literacy

Practical experience in a tourist agency or sales and marketing in the hospitality industry is a plus (ticketing experience preferable)

Customer services approach, very good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to meet deadlines under pressure

Driving licence
